What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item does not fit your intended space, you may return it within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without any damage, and in their original packaging. Shipping charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from your store credit. Are all items on Cleanex returnable?

Not all products sold on Cleanex are eligible for return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Made-to-order or custom products
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, and sofa covers
  • Clearance or discounted stock (including warehouse or display items)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders placed for commercial or non-domestic use
